VaultLink Web
& VaultWare

Technology is a key component in SafeGuard's daily operation. SafeGuard Data Storage uses VaultWare as its operating system, the recognized industry leader for the management of inventories of media storage. Through its companion, VaultLink Web, which is a web-based media management software, we allow you, the customer, to have control of your off-site program with a Windows based data management and reporting tool. This provides you with unprecedented access and control of your off-site data.

Our system, VaultWare, is a powerful software application developed to integrate inventory tracking, automated scheduling, order processing, report generation, account management and detailed billing. VaultWare provides fast, efficient and accurate service to our customers by minimizing human error from crucial areas of data capture, scheduling and information tracking.

VaultLink puts expanded inventory detail and reporting capabilities at your fingertips. Users can view their data, create custom reports and analyze their off-site programs in numerous ways. Traditional transmittal forms are replaced by an electronic equivalent. Private and secure exchanges between the VaultWare server and your PC via the web provides you the ability to create and submit orders, update return dates, descriptions, and send messages, all electronically.
